It’s been a while since I last wrote in my diary. Okay, what has happened since then?
And again frogs.
But now to the wonderful discovery.
I’ve been developing an open source cosmetics label for a few days. My recipes are designed so that all products are dry and can be foamed with water, or emulsified (?). So by emulsified I mean foamed to cream. So my collection will include cleansing bars for body, hair and face, care bars for shaving (shaving foam), body lotion and facial care, a powder for teeth and a deodorant paste. The products are launched by practical and, above all, beautiful handicraft products (such as soap dishes) in limited edition.
The care products will not contain any non-edible ingredients and will be made in the best possible organic quality. So that the products do not have to be purchased from me, there is an exact recipe and instructions for each product. The soap dishes are certified food safe.
So far so good. I need a logo, a name, a key visual, etc. That’s when I came across the palm leaf. There is more detail on some of my social media.
Last but not least, I’ll probably say goodbye to this format and only use it sporadically. If you are interested in my current events, you are welcome to explore.
Ah yes, the snake. In our community, I’m in charge of saving the three palm trees that were relocated a few weeks ago and haven’t recovered yet. To do that, I have to water them daily, which I enjoy. But I do this with a very long green garden hose, which annoys me quite a bit. A daily wrestling match, the rules of which I have not yet fully grasped. But: And now we are at my discovery 😏
We could (!) take a hot shower now, because the hose is so long and hot (not meant insinuatingly 😅), that four to five minutes of Europe-hot water is available. We have no boilers or anything here and wash cold. If there were my products now or we already had them, we could shower with the garden hose and the soaps and would not burden nature with it, because only „food“ and water with our „dirt“ are created in the process. Of the advantages for a (time) traveler who likes to travel with hand luggage, I probably do not need to tell. I say only weight and 100 ml liquid limit at the check-in 😉
